Quality policy of SBAJ INMART
Through the permanent improvement of the efficiency of the Management system and its processes the Company wants to achieve that the deliveries and services not only satisfy but also exceed expectations of our current and future Customers in terms of quality, reliability, product safety, price and delivery performance, with minimum impact on the environment.
For that purpose the top management of the Company states following quality policy:
- Concern for assurance of permanent improvement of quality level, and responsibility for the quality of supplied goods and services is one of the top management priorities.
- Company management thinks and acts with process orientation, it means that it understands, manages and improves system of processes that contributes to its efficiency and productivity.
- The main company objective is permanent quality improvement, focused to satisfy Customer’s needs in order to achieve minimum claim rate.
- To secure quality performance of all activities we consider all requirements of our Customers, also unspoken ones.
- Quality assurance is priority of all employees who in their everyday work activities influence final quality of the goods.
- Cooperating organizations, material suppliers and service providers will be involved in the process of permanent quality improvement as well.
- Improve qualification, specialized skills and commitment of all employees in order to ensure conformity, reliability, safety and quality of goods and services.
- Continuous verification and evaluation of Quality management system will be one of the Company main activities.
- In order to increase quality, efficiency and productivity of company put into practice and apply method of LEAN MANAGEMENT on all departments. The goal of this method is not to cumulate and not to use more than is optimal or necessary needed and herewith minimaze any waste and consecutive loss.
- Application of SIX SIGMA, LEAN and 5S methods in all production and supporting processes with the aim to achieve higher quality level and thus also higher satisfaction of our Customers.
- Responsible approach to the work with new information system of company ESO/ES in order to archive effective using of working time and inrease productivity for all production and non-production processes, control and non-control levels of organization chart of company.
- Within the context of the Quality Policy, the Company annually issues also Quality Objectives, in which our Quality Policy reflects our primary objectives and obligation for the quality. Quality Objectives, once approved, become an obligation for the Company, and this documents is periodically evaluated.
- Quality Policy is the key performance philosophy of all the employees, who become familiarized with it on the operational meetings, on the Quality Management System trainings, and the text is also shown on the dashboards all over the Company.
